If you do not want the Student Health Insurance Plan, you must decline or opt-out of coverage by submitting a waiver. You may only opt-out of coverage during the following Waiver Periods:
Summer ONLY - 05/01/2025 - 07/07/2025
SUMMER 24-25 WAIVER CANNOT BE USED TO WAIVE FALL 2025 COVERAGE.
Fall - 06/16/2025 - 08/25/2025
Spring/Summer (New Students Only) - 11/20/2025 - 01/26/2026
Summer (New Students Only) - 05/01/2026 - 07/06/2026
